First class?
Arrive ten minutes early!

Barre?
Get ready to shake! (your muscles are going to tremble!)  You’ll need clean socks (grippy socks are preferred and available for sale in the studio).  We’ll have your weights, mat, and any props you need ready for you. 

Cycle?
Get ready to sweat! Cycle classes require clean/supportive-soled tennis shoes.  Our pedals are compatible with SPD clips, so bring them if you have them!  (Clips are not necessary to ride, all bikes are equipped with toe cages as well.)  Don’t forget your water bottle.
