IO Barre Sweat
The same core focus and full-body workout of IO Barre 60 mixed with High Intensity Interval Training. Bigger range of motion and faster movement increases your heart rate for maximum challenge and results. You’ll leave class with a strong body, calm mind, full heart… and a little sheen.
IO Barre 45
This 45-minute version of our IO Barre 60 is taught at a slightly elevated pace. The perfect mid-day reset. You’ll leave this class walking taller with a strong body, calm mind and full heart.
Perfect for those looking to ease back into a fitness routine after injury or pregnancy, this 60-minute class is taught at a slower pace than IO Barre 60. Expect more education on alignment and time to truly understand the best way to engage your body. Smaller class sizes allow for plenty of 1:1 attention. IO Restore is a great place for Barre beginners or regulars looking to deepen their practice.
IO Sweat + Stretch
Thirty minutes of fast-paced barre work strengthen your body from the inside-out, while the following thirty minutes of intentional stretching allow you to connect deeply to your breath and give your body the love it deserves. You’ll leave feeling strong, centered and calm.
